Which portraits should I use?

How do I create a complete video?

Choose your portraits, try a 3-second preview and create a complete video using credits. Review your balance and credit cost before starting.

Each verified account can create one free 3-second 720p preview in their lifetime. A complete video uses 50 credits. One-time credits never expire; subscription credits expire at the end of their billing period.

Who can see my pictures and results?

Your uploads and results are private account resources. Required inputs are sent through EvoLink to its video model provider for processing. The public demo is an explicitly approved example, not a public customer gallery. See our Privacy Policy for storage and deletion requests.

What if a task stalls or fails?

Keep your task and order IDs and contact support if processing exceeds 30 minutes. A confirmed failed generation releases reserved credits with their original expiry. Contact support about unused-credit refunds; earlier single-video orders retain their original delivery and refund rights. Do not submit or pay again to force recovery. See our Refund Policy.

The service, credits and price

Sign in with Google or an email verification code and use two adult portraits with permission. Each verified account has one lifetime free 3-second preview. A complete video is 15 seconds at 720p and uses the credit cost displayed before generation.

Choose a one-time credit pack, monthly plan or annual plan. The total charge, credit quantity and renewal terms are shown before payment. One-time credits never expire. Monthly credits expire at billing-month end. Annual credits are granted upfront and expire at billing-year end; the displayed annual quantity is not twelve monthly grants. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Cancel renewal in Credits & billing before the next charge; current-period credits remain until their original expiry.

Guests can pay before signing in, then verify the checkout email to claim the purchase. Purchases made while signed in remain with that account. Earlier single-video purchases retain their original order and delivery rights.

Your portraits and permission

Submit only portraits of adults and media you have permission to use for this purpose. Do not impersonate others, deceive viewers, infringe rights or create abusive content. You authorize us to process the supplied media through EvoLink and its video model provider to produce the requested output. See our Privacy Policy before uploading.

AI output and delivery

AI may change appearance, clothing, motion and details, including faces and hands. We cannot guarantee that every result matches the example. Generation usually takes several minutes and can take longer when the provider is busy. Your private result and download appear in the Studio. Keep your task and order identifiers, and download a copy of your completed video.

If processing exceeds 30 minutes, contact support for a status check. A timeout is not proof of failure. Do not submit or pay again to force recovery. We do not automatically create a replacement generation. Earlier single-video orders retain their original refund and delivery terms. Payments and support

Stripe processes payments. Payment must be verified by the server before credits are issued. Credits are reserved during processing, consumed on success and released after a confirmed failure subject to their original expiry. Unresolved tasks keep their reservation during recovery. We do not receive or store your complete card number. We aim to respond to support messages within 2 business days. Include your task or order ID, but never send passwords, API keys or full card details.

Rights and customer protection

You remain responsible for permission to use your inputs and for lawful use of your output. We do not imply endorsement by any person, performer or social platform.
