Responsible business
A2Olite is responsible for the personal information used to operate this service. Business name: A2Olite. Business contact address: 21-24 Millbank Tower, London, SW1P 4QP, United Kingdom. Contact: support@a2olite.net.
Information we process
We process account details supplied through Google sign-in or email authentication, portrait uploads, task and order identifiers, generated videos, payment status, support correspondence and ordinary technical request information. Necessary cookies and browser storage maintain your session and help restore the latest task or order. Selected portrait file contents are not saved in browser storage by our Studio.
How the service uses your media
Your uploads and results are private account resources, protected by account ownership checks. To generate a video, we send the required portraits and reference clip through EvoLink to its video model provider, Kling. The provider receives short-lived links to the required input media. Do not upload portraits or media unless you have permission to use them for this processing.
Cloudflare hosts the website, database and private media. Google or the email authentication service supports account access. Stripe processes payments and sends verified payment status; we do not store your complete card number. These providers process information needed for their services and may process it in countries outside your own. Their privacy and retention terms also apply to their processing. We do not promise automatic deletion from a model provider's systems.
Why we process information
We use information to provide the requested account and generation service, deliver purchased outputs, handle payments and support, protect accounts, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations. Where applicable, the bases are performance of the requested contract, legitimate interests in security and service operation, and legal obligations. Portrait processing is explained before submission.
Storage and deletion requests
We retain account information, media and task records as needed to provide saved results and resolve service or order issues. The current service does not promise automatic deletion after a fixed number of days. You can request deletion of your account or media at support@a2olite.net; we aim to handle deletion requests within 30 days, subject to identity verification and records that must be retained for legal, accounting or dispute purposes. Deletion of our stored media does not by itself establish deletion by an independent provider. Download a copy of a completed video you wish to keep.
Your choices and rights
Contact us to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. Other rights, including restriction, objection and portability, may apply depending on your location and the processing involved. You may also complain to the relevant data protection authority, including the UK Information Commissioner's Office. We aim to respond to ordinary support messages within 2 business days. Do not send passwords, API keys, card details or private portraits in an initial email.
Optional analytics and operational alerts
With your optional Cookie consent, Google Analytics 4 and Umami help us measure page visits and creation steps, such as portrait selection, preview completion and verified payment status. We do not send portrait file contents, filenames, prompts, account IDs or order IDs as custom analytics event properties. Tracking page addresses exclude query parameters. Microsoft Clarity provides interaction and replay analytics on public pages for signed-out visitors; it is excluded from the Studio and account pages and from signed-in sessions. Optional analytics remain disabled until you accept. Advertising storage and personalization consent remain denied. You can withdraw consent using Cookie settings in the footer; changing the choice reloads the page to apply it to the analytics services. Necessary account cookies remain available when optional analytics are rejected.
Google, our Umami analytics host and Microsoft process the technical information required by those services. They may use cookies or similar identifiers after consent and process information internationally under their own terms. We also send limited task, order, payment status and cost information to our private Feishu operational notification channel to monitor delivery and support; notification cards do not contain portraits, card details or public links to private media.
